The steak didn't taste like it was cooked once and then reheated, but it was charred and cooked just right, and it tasted FRESH! There have been times when there's more cheese than meat, or the cheese and tortilla wouldn't be cooked enough, so we'd have to cook it again in order for it to be edible. Whoever cooked this, didn't skimp on the meat, nor did they drown it in shredded cheese... so PLEASE teach this technique to everyone else!"
