But while I was scrolling thru the menu, the Thursday Special of Cabbage Rolls (Halupki) caught my attention. I figured I could have that for lunch Friday, and I did. The Halupki was just like Mommy used to make - only I spent no time wrapping & tucking little meat & rice balls in boiled cabbage to earn this meal.
