When I called to complain, the young receptionist was flip and unapologetic and told me to have a goodday. i felt unheard and disrespected. "I’ve ordered from Morimoto both in person and through DoorDash many times I'm a local in Napa but recently I’ve become really disappointed with the quality and portions, especially with DoorDash orders.
My most recent order was extremely disappointing. The Mapo Ramen had no meat at all and the portion was practically half of what I would expect. For the price, the quality and portion just aren’t what they used to be.
I’ve always enjoyed ordering from Morimoto, which is why it’s frustrating to see the quality decline. Unfortunately, after this order, I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again. At this point, I’m better off making the drive to Ramen 101 for a much better portion and overall experience.
