The resaurant called me to say they didn't have any of the doughnuts I requested. So they wanted to cancel my order. Which I just asked for whatever they might have instead. She didnt say thankyou or goodbye. She just hung up on me.. great customer service right there. Scottys hasnt been great for a while. Their food isnt great. "I was not impressed with the early days of this restaurant.
But since they reopened after a long absence, I decided to give them a try.
The food is surprisingly very good.
I had the Chicken Tikka wrap. It didn't have a LOT of chicken, but it was flavorful and filling.
The Chicken Tikka Masala was good, and enough for two. The Plain Naan and the Garlic Naan were done perfectly.
We tried the Strawberry Lassi and, while it's *fine* it's not great. Strawberry syrup stirred through the yogurt drink just isn't great. Next time, it'll be a plain Lassie.
The good news, there will be a next time! "
"The best Chicken Tikka Masala I've ever had. Best Indian Food I've had in Benicia/ Vallejo area. Aroma has high quality meats and I appreciate the large pieces of chicken in the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala . This restaurant is reliable for a wholesome, flavorful, delicious meal. I can't wait to come back soon for their Lunch buffet. I will be trying everything! Thank you Aroma. Also the staff is amazing, nice people. "Since moving to Vallejo I have not been able to find an Indian restaurant that I liked. The restaurants in this area are way more sweet than what im used to. But this place was amazing. The Samosas (Two Pieces Per Order) were HUGE first of all. About the size of my face. It was so good i almost didnt want to finish it so i could eat it later (did not end up happening). For my entree I got Chicken Vindaloo and Basmati Plain Rice which was the perfect level of tart yet savory. Spice level medium was just right too.

"The Classic Chicken Curry had juicy pieces of chicken and hints and pieces of veggies. The Lamb Tikka Masala was also tasty, spicy, and fresh. The Basmati Plain Rice portion was a bit small but nicely tempered the heat from the curries. Would love to try their other items, too."

"We’ve been regular customers for a long time. Earlier this summer, I left a review after one disappointing order, especially because the butter chicken had a very thin sauce and very little meat.
We decided to order again yesterday, and I’m very happy we did. Everything was absolutely delicious — honestly, even better than before. The butter chicken was rich, thick, creamy, full of flavor, and had plenty of meat.
It seems our previous order was just an unfortunate one-time issue. This order was excellent. Definitely 5 stars!

"From the first bite of that Mince & Cheese [M], I was floored. Considering the fact that I almost missed being able to order because I waited until the last minute. I'm so happy I found this place. I got 3 pies total including the Butter Chicken [BC] and the Vegg Curry [V]ie. I loved the spice profile of the chicken and beef pies. I would have liked a little more spice in the veggie pie, but it was still pretty good. I also tried the Banana Pudding Trifle and the Strawberry Guava Ripple which is like the banana pudding but with stra and guava. The desserts were light and flavorful. The flavor was rich but not too rich. The Kumquat Limeade was so good and I'm glad there wasn't any ice in it, that allowed me to really get the flavor of the drink. All in all, they could have my money any day those pies really hit the spot I'll definitely be back!"

I came in with my stepdad today to pick up the Butter Chicken Curry Pizza 🌶, pepperoni, and other pizzas for my kids birthday, right after my stepdad had injured his arm. The people there made sure he got a clean bandage without hesitation, all while providing the best pizza we've had in a while.
