"I usually get fabulous food from District 36, but this wasn't one of the best. The steak was a bit tough, there weren't many mushrooms and it could have used more sauce. Add that the driver drove around forever with other orders despite the restaurant being 2 blocks away, it wasn't the best. Order from them all the time and go there often, so I don't feel this is representative of the usual food quality at all. Might just want to pick something different! "
"The Chicken Deburgo was dry and so salty. The PEI Black Mussels were also slightly overcooked. The seafood bisque was also a bit salty. The rice pilaf, I didn't try as it was sitting in about 2 cups of butter in the bottom of the bag. First bad review for this place."

"This BBQ is top notch. If you like moist brisket THIS IS THE PLACE. Consistently excellent brisket is one of the hardest challenges for a BBQ restaurant. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is outstanding as well. The pork is very good, but pulled pork is an easier meat to find done right. The price is more expensive than fast food(really not that much any more), but an excellent dinner option when you want real quality. The beans and coleslaw are wonderful side choices. The cornbread is a little crumbly for my taste, but authentic to their style."

"We recently ordered from 30Hop and had the best meal! Our food arrived exactly as we ordered it and looked even better than the pictures. The Salmon Zen Bowl was one of the best rice bowls I've ever had with a large piece of well seasoned salmon and full of many different fresh veggies. The sandwiches were cooked to perfection and loaded with fresh ingredients. The portions were definitely more than we could eat and tasted great the next day. We can't wait to order from 30Hop again and try more of their amazing food! A great location and a must visit if you are in Ankeny!"
"First time customer, and unfortunately, more of the items I ordered were disappointing than enjoyable.
The Wings: Boneless was easily the best item. I actually ended up using it as the protein for the noodle dish because the crispy chicken that came with the Yakisoba Bowl had a strange texture and wasn’t enjoyable. I’m glad I ordered the boneless wings because they gave me an alternative.
The Truffle Fries were also disappointing. You could smell a slight hint of truffle oil, and you could clearly see the cheese on top, but there was very little flavor overall. They tasted bland and didn’t resemble the truffle fries I’ve had elsewhere.
The Very Berry Salad was another miss. The yogurt based dressing (I’m assuming that’s what it was) was extremely sweet. At first, I honestly thought it was a diluted icing because it was that sweet. I couldn’t eat it. The balsamic that came with it was also extremely thick, almost like a paste or molasses. It just didn’t feel appropriate for a lighter salad with fruit. The dressing should complement the dish rather than overpower it.
Unfortunately, overall, this was not a successful purchase, and I wouldn’t order from here again.
One other thing worth mentioning: there was plenty of room in my bag to properly secure it with staples or tape. It’s always disappointing when a restaurant misses that simple opportunity to provide an additional layer of security and reassurance that the order hasn’t been tampered with. Staples and a stapler are inexpensive, so this seems like an easy step that could improve the customer experience."

"They just gave me the wrong thing because this is not a Classic Cheeseburger & Fries. Definitely not one worth $20. "The staff are very polite. Portions are nicely sized for the price (especially considering how much meat is in the menu items) and everything was delicious. I very much enjoyed the slice of lime that came with the Quesabirria Taco, and I was able to get a wide variety of salsas with the TNT's Tostadilla — Signature Pick. The salsas seemed very fresh; I tend to prefer very mild salsas, and I enjoyed the garden salsa very much, as well as the avocado salsa. (The green salsa was also well made, but a little spicy for me personally.)"
"The tortillas are super good and the meat is so flavorful that it doesn't need any salsa (they did forget my salsa but is imagine I'd be pretty yummy aswell lol) I personally liked the carnitas better than the standard asada because the carnitas were tender and the flavor exploded in your mouth. I think next time I'll add double cheese on the burger especially because I ate them separate from the curds. Sauce was surprisingly good! Glad I ordered it on the side to dip my fries in."
"The Steak House Smash fried onions were really good, the hamburger didn't seem smashed more like a patty and not thin with crispy edges. The fries say battered but tasted like regular fries. The House Made Boulder Cheese Curds were the best item we tasted and would definitely order them again. We did half white half regular cheddar and the dipping sauce complimented them perfectly. "WOW 😮 the food here is amazing 😍
The Shepherd's Pie with lamb is mind blowing delicious 🤯🤤
The Grilled Salmon BLT is great and they use real Irish Bacon!
The beer Beer Bread Slice was so good, I wish we had 2.
The Yorkshire Scotch Eggs were fantastic! If you can try it with the mustard and the aoli! The aoli has a nice lemon flavor to it that boosts the flavors!
The Blackberry Crisp looks delicious, we will have that later tonight, I am excited it came with Ice Cream.
My only negative is that I ordered a Koozie but did not receive it with my order.
We are looking forward to having this again ❤️‼️"
"Shepherd's Pie was absolutely amazing. Made with lamb instead of ground beef, so it added another incredible layer of flavor. Mashed potatoes were super fancy looking, whole dish was filling, no complaints. Growler I can't believe it was $8. That's 32oz of brew AND a sweet container you can save and reuse. Fries were fries. Tipperary Irish Stew was thick. Tasty, but thick. I honestly couldn't eat most of it because the pie filled me up to capacity, but had I known the stew was going to be so meaty (I was thinking the stew would be more soupy than anything) I probably wouldn't have got it as a backup in case I was still hungry. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, I was just thinking that the stew wouldn't be as substantial as it was. This place is hands down the most pleasant surprise I've ever found on doordash in 2 years of traveling over the road. Probably worth going to in person next time if I'm driving a vehicle that will fit in the parking lot."

"Ordered for our restaurant staff and everything is absolutely delicious. Pasta Diablo has the perfect creamy tomato sauce and is definitely a new favorite of mine! Portions are huge. We love everything! "
"I had to take a picture of my salad before putting the dressing on it. Because look at all of this meat! It's a solid 4-5 oz of well seasoned steak, instead of a sprinkle of it. I always love their dressing and the salad is fresh."

"My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time tonight and the highest compliment that I can give it is. we're already looking forward to ordering it again. I would most highly recommend the wings (which have the perfect level of crunch), the cheese balls which are slightly sweet, and the French fries which have a really unique seasoning. Everything that we tasted on the menu was delicious though! Food arrived hot and fresh! Combo (Wings & Drums) Korean Cheese Ball Seasoned Fries"
"First time trying and wings are delicious! very nice crunch on the outside, inside cooked perfectly. I got the soy garlic - excellent flavor. I wish I had a side of it as a sauce to dip in. Also did not realize that by the size small: 4 wings, 2 drums - that it was two regular size legs, nice surprise! will order again "

"Food is delicious, they followed the instructions and food comes hot :)"
"burritos are filled with mostly fillers (rice ,bean ,cheese )and barely any meat . if I had to say equivalent of how much, it would be about as much that goes into a taco .
Hot wings Buffalo wings sauce tastes more like ketchup with a hint of Buffalo sauce , weirdest nastiest taste ever.
SORRY, I won't be back"
