This is my very favorite dish and India Star's version is the best ever, and I've eaten Malai Kofta from at least 7 states, close to 3 dozen Indian restaurants, still Indian Star beats them all The vegetable torpedoes (that's what my crew call them) still had a subtle but still detectable crispness to the outside and the firm, delicious center was the perfect texture and explodes with savory flavor.
