The kebabs do not have the same problem, they are perfectly browned and juicy. The cabbage rolls and grape leaves are always tightly rolled and cooked perfectly. You can tell that your food doesn't sit under a heated light for hours and is made with quality effort and ingredients, with attention to order accuracy. I attached a photo of the crab rangoons which were delicious and cooked to perfection as well. I would highly recommend the Pad Se Ew with whatever choice of meat you like. The portions are very well. I also appreciated the spice level choices. As someone who likes real spice with the ability to still enjoy the meal, "Hot" was a comfortable selection for me. Medium would be a good starting spot for first-timers or those with less extinguishing palates. The Pad Thai was also delicious but I did not take a photo of it. With such a extensive and well detailed menu, I'm excited to order again and try something new :)"
