"I was a huge fan of GotBurger for many years, so I was very excited to hear they had rebranded as Shawarmix and was eager to try their food again. Thankfully, the Mozzarella Sticks and Onion Rings tasted exactly as I remembered. My main disappointment was with the Mushroom Burger , which was always my go-to order at GotBurger. While the burger itself was fine, something was noticeably different. The beef had a tougher texture, and the classic GotBurger seasoning seemed to be missing. I can’t pinpoint exactly what changed, but the burger definitely didn’t have the same quality or flavor that I was always fond of. My recommendation to the new Shawarmix/GotBurger management would be to bring back whatever brand of ground beef and seasoning were used previously at GotBurger. If those two things can be restored, I think Shawarmix will have no problem living up to its beloved predecessor."

The employee I spoke with apologized, refunded my payment, and advised me to place a replacement order. The lamb & chicken has great flavor with a perfect texture - obviously fresh and not dried out at all. The Baba Ghannouj Dip is probably the best I've tasted. Since I was really looking forward to my hummus dish, I'm waiting until it arrives so I can enjoy everything together as intended, but this is so good it's making it very difficult! The pizza is bland. Too much cheese and cheap dough. Probably as fresh as their cookies. My pickup order was delayed 30 minutes. The staff was also extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee was making food for himself, by his own admission, when I walked in while my pizza sat unfinished on the prep area. I will never order from here again."
