were DELICIOUS, CRISPY & HOT.
The chicken meat and scallop flesh
were tender and succulent.
The Pork Dumplings had very thin
jiaozi-pi (skin) and that made them
toothsome & delicate. The fillings
were very meaty and savory.
The Ma Po Doufu was spicy but not
excessively so. It reminded us of
home made, with firm doufu and
peas & diced carrots in the sauce.
The Steamed Mixed Veg and
Singapore Mi Fun were out'
standing.
Altogether, a superb meal from
New Shang Hai. TASTY, FRESH
and VERY REASONABLE.
