"I was extremely disappointed with the quality and preparation of the food I received. As an Ethiopian who grew up eating traditional Ethiopian food, I know exactly how these dishes are supposed to look, taste, and be prepared.
First, the food was supposed to have a lot more sauce than what I received. The injera underneath and on top of the food kept breaking apart, which is usually a sign that the injera is old or not fresh. Fresh injera should not fall apart so easily, and it really made me question the quality of the food.
The kitfo was another disappointment. Traditional Ethiopian kitfo is made with finely minced raw beef unless the customer specifically requests it to be cooked. Mine was completely cooked, and the meat was not finely minced the way it should have been. Between the texture of the meat and the injera falling apart, I was concerned about the freshness of the ingredients.
Also, kitfo is traditionally served with ayib, the Ethiopian white cheese that accompanies the dish, and sometimes gomen. The ayib was missing, which made the meal feel incomplete.
I understand that restaurants may prepare dishes differently, but when you’re serving authentic Ethiopian food, there should be a certain level of quality and attention to tradition. I grew up eating these dishes, so I know the difference between properly prepared Ethiopian food and something that falls short.
Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, especially because I was looking forward to enjoying a good Ethiopian meal. I expected better quality, fresher ingredients, and food that truly represents Ethiopian cuisine."

"WOW the taste was beyond what we expected! So flavorful and each curry dish has a distinct taste that we couldn't get enough of. We ordered 3 curries - Lamb, Brisket and Pork and all are beyond a 10 rating - so DELICIOUS! We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken which if you want something fried and not overly breaded and with a lot of flavor then this is it! It is boneless, tender, juicy and the sauce all over it is not over powering but a complimentary to the chicken - recommended to eat it while still warm.
The amount you receive for take out / delivery was more than enough for 2 adults and still have left overs. If you order 1 curry dish for 2 adults then it may not be enough if you are hungry, I would suggest 2 curries or another dish.
The cost based on the amount you receive is fair since the flavor of the curry and the types of meat used in the curry and how the meat is tender & flavorful is better than what I have tasted before in other Thai restaurants.
